Coinciding with the arguably simultaneously most broadcast and least discerning film industry event in the world, about which The MacMahonian had its say a year ago and intends to hold its promise to theretofore hold its peace, today marks the launch of a further MacMahonian initiative of conceptually tectonic proportions: as yet unknown but soon to be universally worshiped and feared depending on which side of the critical equation you happen to be, a film award also consistent with the MacMahonian tradition of whenever possible adhering to Scottish patronymics and without prejudice to our no less seminal Top 10 List, below the:
